We see the internet differently

Twitter’s official “Retweet” function has finally become available last week for those whose default language setting is Japanese. Many Japanese people are using the function now. I was able to use the function before they could because the “Retweet” function was already available for English-language setting which is what I’m using.

When I see the reviews of iTunes APP store, I see the same kind of things. Japanese people sometimes criticize some applications because they can’t use those applications. Some applications don’t work if their iPhone/iPod touch operating systems are in Japanese. These applications usually work well in English. If people can’t understand English, they have to wait for a translation of their language. They also have to face bugs which don’t exist in the English environment.
